Privacy & confidentiality

Therapy depends on trust. We collect only what is needed to run your account, bookings and orders, and we handle it in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

Session notes. Practitioners can keep private clinical notes that only they can see. Summaries they choose to share with you appear in your portal and nowhere else.

Video sessions. Each session uses a unique private room link that is shown only to you and your practitioner. Sessions are not recorded by this platform.

Documents. Professional licences and ID documents are visible only to the owner and our administrators.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
